

Marc Francisco
Marc Francisco serves as CDS Global’s product architect, supporting product management in the design of new products. Francisco brings his vast skill set to the team to develop, launch and manage CDS Global’s suite of consumer-facing tools, including magazine subscriber marketing and acquisition, customer care, targeted promotions, offer creation and placement, and all of the associated analytics. He also oversees all consumer-facing product roadmap milestones, from product/feature inception to dissolution, as well as positions products and solutions for distribution within multiple channels.
Marc works closely with CDS Global clients to understand their engagement-related strategic objectives, ensuring that CDS Global’s products closely align with their plans and goals.
Marc has been with CDS Global since 1987, serving in various roles within operations, customer service, product fulfillment and information technology, where he served as the technical product manager. In this position, he was instrumental in developing CDS Global’s relationship with Adobe and creating the Adobe integration module, as well as leading the creation and implementation of the Web Service Gateway.
